The Parent-Child Guide Book has been published in Waterloo Region since 1984.  We currently produce five 28 page tabloid-sized issues per year, which are available free of charge at over 600 locations throughout the Region, as well as via second-class mailing to a number of homes.    The Parent-Child Guide Book promotes safety, awareness and education in the local community, while striving for the improvement of individual well-being and family life. We support a number of non-profit and community organizations working to support these same ideals.   The Parent-Child Guide Book is a proud member of both the Better Business Bureau of Mid Western Ontario and the Library and Archives Canada.  With a readership of 125,000 per issue, we also provide an effective and affordable advertising vehicle for businesses and organizations in this community.   The Parent-Child Guide currently has Associate Licensee Dealerships available throughout Ontario. If you are a highly-motivated, community-oriented individual who holds the core values we espouse, you may qualify to own and operate a Parent-Child Guide Book publication in your community. No previous publishing experience is necessary and assistance is provided.
